About the event:
Correlations is an interdisciplinary event that gathers artists, designers, educators, students, theorists and the public for an exchange on the evolving role of artificial intelligence and robotics in art and design.
Over 2.5 days, Correlations provides a forum for critical reflection, knowledge and skill sharing to explore questions such as:
How is artificial intelligence reshaping artistic and design practices?
What new dynamics of authorship, responsibility, and agency emerge?
How do the infrastructures and algorithms behind generative AI shape cultural production, and what critical role can art and design play in examining, reflecting and influencing these developments?
Through lectures, workshops, panels, performances and an exhibition participants will engage with the cultural, ethical, and societal implications of AI, while exploring its potential and limitations as both a tool and a subject for artistic experimentation.
The forum is open to all and free to attend.
